Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS): What Science Is Revealing

In today’s digital world, we are constantly surrounded by electromagnetic fields (EMFs). These invisible fields come from everyday devices such as mobile phones, Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth speakers, smart meters, power lines, and even electric motors. For most people, exposure is unnoticeable. Yet some individuals experience real and often debilitating symptoms linked to EMFs, a condition known as Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS).

What Is Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity?

EHS, sometimes called electrohypersensitivity, is defined as a cluster of symptoms believed to be triggered by EMF exposure. Reported effects include:

  • Headaches and fatigue
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Tingling or burning skin sensations
  • Difficulty concentrating and memory problems
  • Dizziness
